An exciting opportunity now exists for a highly capable and driven leader to join our SA business. The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager – Australia, the State Manage r position carries full P&L responsibility and accountability for driving business performance across the state. Your primary focus will be leading sales growth, whilst ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining outstanding customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Execute the SA business plan in alignment with company values and strategic objectives Manage cost structures to achieve full year-end financial targets Deliver consistent year-on-year sales growth Develop and strengthen relationships with key customer decision-makers to increase share of wallet Provide strong leadership and mentorship to Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams Foster collaborative relationships within the SMYA Group The Successful Candidate will bring: Highly self-motivated, strong sales background and proven commercial acumen Demonstrated experience managing P&L performance A clear understanding of traded product margins, supply chain operations, and plastics manufacturing The ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong mentoring capability and sales leadership experience Experience within packaging, FMCG, or a related industry will be highly regarded.
